Under construction. These plans are placeholders while the real ones are worked out. Every number on this page is made up, and nothing here can be bought yet.

A few made-up people, and the smallest plan that covers each of them. Worked out from the numbers above, so they change when the plans do.
No. Your customers install the free PCS Remote and nothing else. Only the technician's side — PCS Remote Control (IT Version) — is on a plan.
A seat is one technician, signed in on one computer. Sessions open at once is how many machines that technician can have open together — one at a time, or several side by side on the same screen. On a plan with more than one seat, every seat gets that many.
Most sessions connect your computer straight to your customer's, and those use none of it. When a direct link cannot be made, the session is relayed through our servers, and that traffic is what the monthly allowance counts.
Data you do not use in a quiet month is banked for a busy one, for as many months as your plan says. A month's figures are fixed when the month closes; a later change never rewrites them.
It is held for you. When you buy another month, it is there again, just as you left it.
Buy a top-up. Each month, relayed data comes first from the month's own allowance, then from data carried over, then from top-ups — and a top-up never expires, so one bought and not needed is still there next time.
A machine kept in your list in the app, so you can reach it again with a click. Connecting once by its ID does not count.
Windows 8 and up, on both sides: the technician's computer and the one being helped. More devices are on the way in 2026 and 2027.
Yes. Moving up takes effect straight away. Moving down takes effect at the start of your next month, so nothing you were promised for this month is taken back part way through it.
Yes. The program, watching your UPSes, sharing them on your own network and everything else it does on its own stays free. UPS Monitor Cloud is only the perrycs.com side: your UPSes on one page, wherever you are, with their history. Download UPS Monitor.
When you link your first computer, not before, and it lasts 30 days. There is one trial per account.
Nothing is lost. Your computers stay linked and your history is kept, but new readings are not saved until you renew. Renew and they start again by themselves; nothing needs linking again.
No. The year starts when the trial would have ended, and buying another year adds it to the end of the one you have.
