UPS Monitor shows every UPS on your computer and your network — battery, runtime, load and power — and tells you the moment one switches to battery. It works with any USB UPS (the standard HID Power Device kind) and with NUT servers.
UPS Monitor is free. No account, no ads, no time limit.
We could not load the download links just now. Reload the page in a moment; if it keeps happening, the files are at /downloads/ups-monitor/latest.json.
If Windows says “Windows protected your PC”, choose More info, then Run anyway. That message shows for programs from a new publisher, signed or not, and goes away as the publisher builds a reputation with Microsoft.
For Ubuntu and Debian, 64-bit. Two packages — pick by what the machine is:
The terminal app and a read-only service. On its own, for a server.
The tray app. For a desktop, together with the one above — it needs it.
Server: pcs-ups-monitor only.
Desktop: both.
Then, in the folder you downloaded them to:
sudo apt install ./pcs-ups-monitor_VERSION_amd64.deb ./pcs-ups-monitor-gui_VERSION_amd64.deb
On a server, leave off the second file. The install asks one question: whether to share this machine’s UPS readings with others on your network.
Each file’s SHA-256. If the one you work out matches, you have exactly the file we published.
| File | SHA-256 |

Windows (PowerShell):
Get-FileHash .\PerryCS-UPS-Monitor-VERSION-x64.msi
· Linux: sha256sum pcs-ups-monitor_VERSION_amd64.deb
